Dealverses Voucher-Based Refund Policy

1. Refund Method

Dealverses may issue refunds in the form of:

• Dealverses Wallet Credit / Voucher
• Equal to the refundable amount after any applicable deductions

All vouchers can be used exclusively on the Dealverses platform.

2. Applicability of Voucher Refunds

Voucher-based refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Order cancellation before delivery
• Product replacement is not available
• Service/activity cancellation as per applicable policy

3. Voucher Validity

• Each voucher will have a validity period of 60 days (recommended)
• Expired vouchers will not be reissued or extended

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where deductions apply:

• Only the remaining refundable amount will be issued as a voucher

Example:

• Order Value: PKR 10,000
• Deduction: 40%
• Refund Issued: PKR 6,000 (as voucher)

5. Non-Cash Policy

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash
• Withdrawal to bank or any external account is not permitted

6. Transferability

You may choose one of the following models:

Option A (Recommended – Secure):

Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original account holder.

Option B (Growth Model):

Vouchers are transferable / giftable to other users.

7. Customer Consent (Mandatory)

Before issuing a voucher refund, customers must agree to the following:

"By confirming this refund, you agree to receive the refund in the form of a Dealverses voucher instead of the original payment method."

8. Exception Cases

In certain situations, Dealverses may override the voucher policy and issue a cash refund, including:

• Incorrect or defective product delivered
• Fraud, system error, or business partner fault
• Non-fulfillment of service

9. Refund Processing

• Voucher credits will be added to the user's Dealverses wallet
• Processing time: Within 2 working days
• Users will be notified once the voucher is issued

10. Usage of Voucher

• Vouchers can be applied at checkout
• Can be used partially or fully depending on order value
• Cannot be combined with restricted promotional offers (if applicable)
